No. We respect the privacy and autonomy of every physician. You have the option to pick the plans you would like to accept in your office.

Yes. With the power and the strength of a large physician network, the IP Network is in the process of negotiating fantastic discounts on things that you use the most in our office. In many cases our vendors will have better prices then the hospital systems gets.

Do I need an electronic medical records computer system?
Yes. To work more easily with all payers, and be more efficient in your practice, you need to be automated.

Will I need to change my EMR (Electronic Healthcare Records)?
No. When the need for Network integration comes, our IT team should be able to connect to any EMR system through "HL7" or "CCD" interface.

We use newsletters, podcasts, videos and members conferences. We are just an email or phone call away. We love to hear from our members and understand the challenges you are facing.

Will there be any business opportunities as a member to invest in something?
Yes. As IP Network grows, information will be sent out regarding business investment proposals. As a member, you will have an option to participate. Investing in any business opportunity will be optional, and will not affect your relationship with the network.

Have you ever had any legal issues with your business structure?
Never. The IPA Messenger Model is a non-exclusive membership association. This model meets all requirements of Federal Anti-trust Laws. We have never had any legal issues with this model, and the IP Network retains a Board Certified Healthcare Attorney for legal advice.

Who is part of the board of directors?
The IP Network Board of Directors and Advisory Board Members, are Board Certified physicians (primary care physicians and specialists) that actively see patients. Each physician is highly experienced and has a keen eye for how to run an efficient independent practice and understands the importance of the day-to-day practice and back office operations.
